Platform purpose
MetaView provides operational intelligence, reporting and AI-assisted analysis for commissioning, completions and project execution environments.
No operational guarantee
MetaView assists with operational visibility and analysis but does not replace engineering judgement, project controls, formal approvals or operational decision-making processes.
Users remain responsible for validating project information and decisions.
Pilot & demonstration use
Certain platform features may be provided as demonstrations, pilot deployments or evaluation environments and may change over time.
Intellectual property
All platform content, workflows, software logic, branding and materials remain the property of MetaView unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Acceptable use
Users agree not to:
- Misuse the platform.
- Attempt unauthorised access.
- Copy or redistribute proprietary platform content.
- Interfere with platform operation.
Limitation of liability
MetaView is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability or operational accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetaView shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from platform use.
